The Trac Operations Management Divisionparticipates in the statewide SMA with the SCDOT and is responsible for installing, maintaining, and tracking the replacementof all county roadway signs.Performance MeasuresAnnual Preventative Maintenance Inspections as per the SCDOT SMAPeriodic and routine inspections and cleanings of road signs in designated areas throughout the CountyMonthly inventory of signs, signal heads, and detection equipment.Continue to be proactive and responsive to after-hours signal maintenance response calls.Implement and stand-up in-house sign shop.Budget Highlights and Special Notes:For FY24, this division work to have additional certied personnel to work within the trac cabinets.Expenditures Summary$400,813 $23,924(6.35% vs. prior year)Beaufort County, SC | Budget Book 2024 Page 391'
