The Administrator executes the policies,directives, and legislative actions of the Council; oversees the day-to-day operations of County government to ensure scal responsibility,administrativeeectiveness,andoperationaleciency;andactsasafocalpointforcoordinationbetweentheCountyCouncilandthedepartments headed by elected and appointed ocials.There are ten full-time sta positions: Six Assistant County Administrators, (1) Deputy County Administrator, (1) Special Assistant to the CountyAdministrator, and (2) Executive Assistants.Performance Measures:1. Provide a safe, healthy, and productive work environment at County facilitiesCoordinate the relocation of some County sta to the County Administration Building2. Support and enhance a professional, cohesive County Administrator's Oce to provide leadership to the County organizationIdentify and sponsor web and other training for employeesProvide appropriate training and professional development for sta growth development3.
