NOTICE OF VOTER QUALIFICATION CHALLENGE HEARING
The Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Beaufort County will convene on Monday, July 27, 2026, at 10 o’clock AM to conduct a voter qualification challenge hearing. The hearing will be held at the Bluffton Recreation Center, 61A Ulmer Road, Bluffton, SC 29910, wherein the challenger, Ronald Thomas, a registered voter in Beaufort County, South Carolina residing at 13 Baynard Park Rd Hilton Head Island, SC 29928, in accordance with the South Carolina Code of Laws §7-5-230, will challenge the qualifications of the following voter as set forth in the South Carolina Code of Laws §7-5-120:
