All Aboard Beaufort Coalition Celebrates Successful First Year, Recognizes Volunteer Efforts

Beaufort County would like to recognize and thank the All Aboard Beaufort Coalition and its dedicated volunteers for their outstanding efforts over the past year. From April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025 these volunteers have donated 1,200 volunteer hours to the All Aboard Beaufort Coalition and other local organizations, demonstrating a deep commitment to promoting healthier, safer communities for our youth.
Five exceptional individuals of the Coalition were recently honored with the President's Volunteer Service Award. Collectively, this group contributed 691 volunteer hours, and were each awarded a bronze President's Volunteer Service Award medal and certificate at a recent STAR Youth Leadership Meeting.

Beaufort County Administrator Michael Moore recognized the group's remarkable first year of service at the County Council Meeting on June 09. "It's my pleasure to recognize the outstanding work of the All Aboard Beaufort Coalition and its dedicated volunteers," said Mr. Moore. "This group is an inspiring example of the community we're working to build here in Beaufort County."
The All Aboard Beaufort Coalition is comprised of a diverse group of parents, students, educators, law enforcement, local government, and volunteer organizations across Northern Beaufort County. Together, they work tirelessly to reduce youth substance misuse through education, advocacy, and community engagement. Learn more about this coalition and its work here.
