Virtual Hearing Room Instructions
In the event your matter is scheduled to be held virtually, the following instructions are provided for access to Judge Wegmann’s Virtual Hearing Room.
- You will receive a Notice of Hearing and/or email with the Webex instructions and Webex link to the Virtual Hearing Room for the date and specified time.
- At the appointed date and time of the hearing, click on the link and it will take you to the Webex waiting room. Once the Judge is ready to prceed, he will allow everyone into the hearing room to beigin the hearing.
- Do not forget to turn on your video once you enter the waiting room. Please leave your audio muted until you are ready to speak.
