Pre-Qualified Vendor List for Goods and Services Under $50,000
In order to do business with Beaufort County, vendors must register with Purchasing through our Vendor Registration system, powered by Vendor Registry. The County may reject any quotes, bids, proposals and qualifications submitted by businesses that are not registered. Registering also allows businesses to identify the type of goods and services they provide so that they may receive email notifications regarding relevant solicitations out for bid.
Vendors previously registered as a Local Vendor with Beaufort County before April 2017 will need to register through this new system.
The County's intent is to create a master pre-qualification Vendor list for all goods and services less than $50,000. The following is an example of some of the goods and services on the list.
PROVIDING FIRE ALARM INSTALLATION, REPAIR and INSPECTION SERVICES, FIRE EXTINGUISHER INSPECTION and REPAIR SERVICES, FIRE SPRINKLER REPAIR, INSTALLATION and INSPECTION SERVICES, ROOFING INSTALLATION and REPAIR SERVICES, ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES,, PORT-A-LET SERVICE, PARKING LOT SEALING AND STRIPING SERVICES, TREE and STUMP REMOVAL SERVICE, LANDSCAPE SERVICES, REMEDIATION and CLEANING SERVICES, CARPET AND FLOORING SERVICES, PESTICIDE APPLICATION SERVICES, CONCRETE REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR SERVICES, HVAC, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, CARPENTRY SERVICES and GENERAL CONTRACTOR SERVICES FOR PROJECTS UNDER $50,000 TO SUPPORT THE BEAUFORT COUNTY'S FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT
Follow these two steps to be added to the County's pre-qualification list:

Once a Vendor is approved by the County they will be notified and added to the County's On-line Vendor pre-qualification list.
Businesses located outside of Beaufort County will be considered if maintaining a business license with Beaufort County or any of its municipalities.

It is the responsibility of the business and its customers to comply with all legal requirements concerning any actual or planned purchase or use of any products or services.
