The Beaufort County Council Workshop will begin at 9 a.m., Tuesday, March 10. It will be held in Council Chambers, Administration Building, 100 Ribaut Road (map).

Agenda items for discussion will include:

• Gap insurance for retirees update
• Self-Health Insurance fund update (current program health, employee/employer contribution ratio, fee increases for FY27)
• Merit Pay implementation update
• PLT Cashout policy update
• Stormwater Fund summary (Enterprise Fund Vs General Fund)
• Parks and Rec fees schedule discussion
