Friday, September 26, 2025 10:12 AM
Bluffton's Barton's Run Community Adopt-A-Highway volunteers will be out Sunday, September 28, from 10 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., picking up roadside litter for a three mile stretch on both sides of Buckwalter Parkway from Barton's Run side entrance to the Bluffton Complex Recreation Facility.
Motorists are asked to use caution when traveling through the area as Adopt-A-Highway volunteers will be very close to road with no sidewalk access. Volunteers will be visible with orange safety vests and will take every precaution to avoid traffic.
