Veterans Day Events Across Beaufort County

Veterans Day

Friday, November 4, 2022 11:40 AM

Veterans Day is observed on November 11, regardless of what day of the week on which it falls. The observance of Veterans Day on November 11 preserves the historical significance of the end of WWI. It helps focus attention on the essential purpose of Veterans Day: A celebration to honor America's veterans for their patriotism, love of country, and willingness to serve and sacrifice for the common good.
