New Coastline Episode Features County Emergency Preparedness In the Age of Coronavirus

A new episode of The County Channel’s series Coastline will air tonight at 8 p.m., outlining Beaufort County emergency preparedness procedures while incorporating safety precautions related to the coronavirus pandemic.

Coastline host Rick Forschner welcomes Colonel Neil Baxley, Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Management Division commander, back to The County Channel studio.

Tonight’s episode updates the public on policies that have been put in place this hurricane season. Having a plan and staying informed is the hallmark of this discussion, should an evacuation take place during this busy hurricane season.

Coastline airs on The County Channel Sundays at 9:30 a.m., Tuesdays at 11:30 a.m., Thursdays at 8 p.m., and Fridays at 9 a.m. Coastline is a monthly news show filmed in-studio and produced by The County Channel.
