Beaufort County Council Member York Glover (District 3) will hold a public meeting at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, October 15 about Bay Point Island development. The meeting will be held at the St. Helena Branch Library, 6355 Jonathan Francis Sr. Road, St. Helena (map). The guest speaker will be the developer of Bay Point Island.
