Beaufort County Council Chairman Stu Rodman and County Administrator Ashley Jacobs participated in a press conference earlier this morning, September 4, with other local officials.  Sheriff P.J. Tanner hosted the press conference, which was broadcast live by The County Channel online and on local cable channels.  Participants discussed the mandatory evacuation currently in effect for Beaufort County and other matters of public safety and storm preparedness related to Hurricane Dorian.
