Recycling & Waste Diversion

Recycling and waste reduction are two beneficial things we can do for our environment.

This web site provides information to all Beaufort County residents and visitors on how to recycle and where to recycle. We would be glad to provide your school or civic group with recycling education.

Recycling is a simple, everyday task we can all do to take care of our environment. We encourage you to Rethink, Reuse, Recycle, Reduce because it is everyone's Responsibility to Keep Beaufort County Beautiful !

How and Where to Recycle in Beaufort County

Convenience Centers are located all over Beaufort County for residents to dispose of waste and recyclables. Visit the interactive map to find directions, hours and more recycling information per specific center.

We host several Special Collection Events during the year. These events include paper shredding, electronics collections and household hazardous waste collections.
