- Field completed, available for use.
St. Helena Branch Library
- Masonry Block work complete.
- Stucco completed.
- Structural wood framing complete.
- Steel erection complete.
- Flat surface roofing complete.
- Standing seam roofing underway
- HVAC, Electrical system, above ground plumbing, 70% complete.
- Drywall underway.
- Window frame installation underway.
- Mid November 2012 completion date
